  • What are the shipping charges?
There are two shipping method within India -
1)Express post - charges flat Rs.150 across india
2) Standard shipping - charges flat Rs.90 across india
 
Free shipping is available on orders above Rs.2000.
 
For International shipping the prices may change as per country and the product weight.
Normally International Shipping ranges between Rs.1200 to 2500 based on weight.
 
  • What are the payment options available?
We accept all major Debit/Credit cards, UPI via Razorpay. If you face any issues with the payment, please Whatsapp us at 9820618356

COD is currently not available.

  • How can I keep my jewellery clean?
Clean your jewelry after each wearing with a soft cloth before putting it away.
Keep your jewelry pieces separated to avoid scratching.

  • Estimated Delivery Time

After the order confirmation, the products will be dispatched in the next 5-7 working days. The estimate delivery time, after dispatch is as follow :
 
India : 3-6 working days from dispatch day
 
International : 20-30 working days from dispatch day approx.

  • How can I track my order?
Domestic tracking -
Once the order is shipped, an email with the tracking ID will be sent to you.
In case you face any issue, please drop us an email on anusangicollections@gmail.com and our team will get back to you.
 
International tracking -
We will provide you tracking number of the parcel/scan copy of postal receipt as soon as the items are dispatched. Tracking can be done on Courier partner website or India post website www.indiapost.gov.in depending on the carrier and later on your country's post website. But please know that tracking may or may not be available after parcel leaves India. The reason is tracking status of the parcel are not updated in a timely manner in a few countries like USA, UK and other European countries. But the parcel will be moving. If tracking shows still 'In Transit', it means the status of shipment is not updated regularly by the postal departments of these countries. In such cases the customer need to keep patience.
