Refund policy

Cancellation:

If the order is not dispatched, it can be cancelled within 24 hours, and we will refund the total amount or replace the order. However, order once dispatched cannot be cancelled. Transaction / Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

Returns :

No returns, except in case of damaged product received.

Due to transportation/product handling, if the product is found damaged when received, please mail us at anusangicollections@gmail.com  or Whatsapp with the pictures & video of the damage product while unboxing, and send us within 12 hours of the products received. We will ensure that you receive a replacement only but no refunding.
