To preserve the allure of your jewelry, we recommend cleaning each piece gently with a soft cloth after every wear, allowing it to shine anew. Additionally, store your treasures separately to prevent scratching, ensuring that their brilliance remains untarnished, much like a cherished work of art.

What are the shipping options available for my order?

We offer two distinct shipping methods within India: the express post, which incurs a flat fee of Rs.150, and Speed post shipping at a flat rate of Rs.90. We also offer COD with additional charges of 70rs. also free shipping above order of Rs. 499.

For those whose hearts yearn for our creations beyond borders, international shipping costs vary based on destination and weight, typically ranging from Rs.2500 to Rs.3000.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Upon confirmation of your order, our dedicated artisans will dispatch your jewelry within 8-10 working days. Following dispatch, you can expect delivery within 3-6 working days for domestic orders, while international deliveries may take approximately 20-30 working days, as they traverse the globe to reach you.

How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email containing your tracking ID, allowing you to follow its journey. Should you encounter any issues, our team is readily available to assist you via email at anusangicollections@gmail.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We embrace modern convenience by accepting all major debit and credit cards, as well as UPI payments through Razorpay. Please note that cash on delivery (COD) is currently not available, ensuring a seamless transaction experience for our esteemed clientele.

What is your return policy for jewelry?

At Anusangi Collections, we take pride in the quality of our creations. Therefore, we only accept returns in the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged product. Should this occur, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence, and we will ensure a replacement is dispatched promptly.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. However, once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted, as we strive to deliver your exquisite jewelry in a timely manner.
